In November 2023, the German open source protocol IOTA took an important step towards the complete decentralization of its network with the appointment of validators. As a Web3 pioneer, ETO GRUPPE also belongs to the select circle of first validators.
The ETO GRUPPE and the popular tourist destination on Lake Constance - Mainau Island - have been cooperating since 2023. The flower island and ETO have set up two joint sustainability projects - the Mainau shuttle sponsored by ETO since 2023 and, more recently, effective monitoring and irrigation of stressed sequoia trees on the island.

We are proud to present the first ETO app, Cawaena (beta version), which is our new digital service for secure media content. With this new app, you can share assuredly authentic photo and video contents with others and even earn some money with that.
Finally, our two Indian locations in Doddaballapur and Bangalore celebrated our 75th anniversary together. At the same time, India marked the end of the anniversary tour of our Managing Directors Dr. Michael Schwabe and Björn Schneekloth. The celebratory day in Bangalore began with a joint breakfast for our Indian colleagues.
