The proportional solenoid was developed especially for regulating the central valve of a hydraulic cam phaser.
The compact design of the ETO proportional solenoid enables it to be used in engines with minimal installation space. It is also characterised by low hysteresis. The solenoid has been designed in such a way that it can be adapted to any customer requirement. This helps it achieve optimum performance in combination with the cam phaser.
