Together with the Institute for Management and Economic Research (OMWF), the F.A.Z Institute analyzed social listing data for over 18,200 companies. They identified what is written and discussed about the companies on the Internet and on social media. The study examined employer performance, performance in the areas of profitability, product & services, family friendliness, sustainability and management. In parallel, the companies received a structured questionnaire covering seven topics: job security, working hours, salary structure, development and training opportunities, communication, family friendliness and additional benefits. The results were then combined to create an overall ranking using a points system.
“We are proud to be ranked among the most attractive employers in the country by an extensive study,” says CEO Dr. Michael Schwabe. “We place a lot of emphasis on different working time models and for example offer a very good onboarding program for new employees with the ETO ACADEMY, which we carried out digitally in recent months due to Corona,” Dr. Michael Schwabe continues. Digital workplaces are a new differentiator among prospective employees and a sign of a well-functioning digital infrastructure. ETO knows that social relationships with colleagues and superiors, loyalty to the company, and especially open communication play a major role in employee satisfaction. Qualified personnel is scarce, which makes it all the more important for both sides to find the right job partner. The goal of the study is to put employees in touch with the companies that are right for them and makes the application process much more effective.
